The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler has core dimensions of 590mm x 225mm x 145mm stepped = 16,6L, providing a 30% larger frontal area and 47% more volume compared to the original intercooler.
Wagner Tuning's engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. Wagner Tuning have used their award winning Competition Intercooler Core which is made specifically for this application. Despite it's size, the weight of the complete intercooler is only 9.65kg.
Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD for best possible internal airflow.
This Intercooler Kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures and also the right thing for racing.

* Fits only for B46 and B48 engine code (does not fit in MINI F57 and cars with B48.D engine code).
