Developed in Switzerland and made in Germany, the dAHLer Engine Performance Tuning Module for the BMW F97 X3M and F98 X3M (incl. The dAHLer Engine Performance Tuning Module features an innovative control unit that collaborates efficiently with the factory BMW ECU, resulting in optimal performance. The performance of the S58 engine is elevated with advanced algorithms and maps specifically designed for the F9x X3M/X4M. These enhanced features deliver improved fuel and ignition parameters, allowing the stock ECU to control boost according to load, engine speed, and various other factors.

Included in the scope of delivery is an adapter that allows for an easy return to your vehicle's original state, eliminating the need to remove the cable harness of the dAHLer engine performance upgrade. It's the perfect solution for a workshop appointment or any other situation that requires your vehicle to be returned to its original condition.

The dAHLer Engine Performance Tuning Module has a unique advantage over competitor tuning modules - it will not be lost or overwritten when BMW software update is performed. With the dAHLer Mobile app, you can change 3 different performance maps, and update the firmware anywhere in the world as newer firmware versions are released.  The module can also be activated or deactivated using your smartphone, including while on the go. The app also includes a configurable warm-up timer, so you can choose how long the engine will warm up before the tune is activated.

The dAHLer Engine Performance Tuning Module for the F9x X3M/X4M includes a module, wiring harness and bypass plug. Tested and approved by the German TUV – comes with TUV approval document if required – EU homologated. Compatible with models built before and after 06/2020 production.

Please note that performance may vary depending on the manufacturing tolerances and fuel quality. For best results, we strongly recommend using high-quality fuels with an octane rating of at least 98 (US 93).

With the dAHLer Engine Performance Tuning Module installed, all factory safeguards of your car remain in place, including overload protection and warm-up protocols to preserve longevity and factory driveability. The module is also unaffected by BMW software updates and makes no change to your service requirements.
