At low rpm, the tone remains composed and ideal for daily driving, while in Sport and Sport+ — or with the optional dAHLer Exhaust Valve Control Module fully opening the valves — the exhaust comes alive with a deeper, richer, and more authentic V8 presence. The result is a sound profile that finally matches the character and capability of the S68, all without drone or compromise to comfort at highway speeds.

Equipped with a high-flow valve-controlled muffler, precision-engineered piping, and optional secondary cat-delete pipes for even more volume and response, the dAHLer system integrates seamlessly with the factory valvetronic hardware. It preserves full OEM functionality while dramatically elevating the exhaust experience beyond stock. When combined with the valve controller and cat-delete pipes, the system can deliver up to 100 dB of output and as much as 20 hp in sound-and-flow improvements — transforming the M60i into the SUV it should have been from day one.
