Product Information

The SPL F8X/G8X Rear Traction Links (RTR) for the M2, M3 and M4 improve stability and response by eliminating bushing deflection under hard acceleration and braking, while also helping to reduce wheel hop during aggressive launches. The length-adjustable design allows precise tuning of rear bump-steer and anti-squat characteristics. These arms are built for high-performance street and race applications.

Black-anodised and gun-drilled 2024 aluminium links, combined with SPL’s 360-degree Rotating Clamp design, enable quick and precise adjustment. Blue-anodised titanium socket-head cap screws reduce unsprung weight even further without compromising strength.

FK Bearings rod ends, manufactured in Connecticut, utilise a Teflon liner for quiet operation, low friction, smooth articulation and the elimination of bushing deflection under load. The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race, offering very high load capacity and significantly improved dynamic wear characteristics. With an operating temperature range of –65º to 325ºF, these components provide robust reliability for both street and track use.
