Suitable for BMW Z4 G29 Roadster (M40i, sDrive20i, sDrive30i); and Toyota A90/A91 GR Supra Coupe (2.0L, 3.0L) models only. Refer to the model/variant list at the bottom of this page for full compatibility.
For vehicles with factory electronic damping (EDC). Electronic damping control must be deactivated. A suitable KW deactivation kit is NOT included.

ABOUT ST HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE SPRINGS
ST Height Adjustable Springs give you the freedom to set your stance while keeping your vehicle’s original dampers. Combining adjustable lowering with spring rates developed for your vehicle, they offer a cost-effective way to sharpen handling and personalise the look of your car.
Also known as adjustable lowering springs, these kits add threaded height adjustment to the factory suspension. On compatible vehicles with factory adaptive damping, including BMW Electronic Damper Control (EDC), the original damping controls remain active.
YOUR CAR. YOUR STANCE.
With ST Height Adjustable Springs, you can fine-tune the lowering within the kit’s specified adjustment range. The threaded spring seats allow the height to be readjusted after installation, giving you flexibility when changing your wheel and tyre combination or refining the balance between appearance and ground clearance.
Height adjustment is carried out mechanically using the supplied adjusters. The front and rear lowering ranges for this kit are listed in the Key Details section.
DESIGNED TO WORK WITH YOUR FACTORY DAMPERS
ST selects spring rates specifically for each vehicle application, matching the springs to the original dampers and wheel loads. The result is a lower centre of gravity, more direct steering response and a sportier driving feel, with everyday comfort considered throughout development.
Because the original dampers remain in place, compatible factory adaptive damping continues to function through the vehicle’s existing controls. You retain the ability to select your preferred damping mode while enjoying adjustable lowering.

The springs are made from high-strength chrome-silicon steel, cold-wound and multi-tempered, then finished with an epoxy coating for protection against the elements. Vehicle-specific height adjusters, bump stops and dust protection complete the package, supporting the operation and protection of the original dampers.

ST HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE SPRINGS OR FIXED LOWERING SPRINGS?
Conventional lowering springs provide a predetermined amount of lowering. They suit drivers who want a straightforward change in ride height without further adjustment.
ST Height Adjustable Springs add the freedom to fine-tune that height after installation. Both approaches retain the original dampers, but the adjustable kit gives you more control over your stance and flexibility for future wheel and tyre changes.
