FITMENT & REQUIREMENTS
Suitable for MINI F56 3-Door Hatch (One, One D, One First, Cooper, Cooper D, Cooper S, Cooper SD, John Cooper Works, John Cooper Works GP) models only. Refer to the model/variant list at the bottom of this page for full compatibility.
For rear axle camber adjustment, installation of a vehicle-specific KW adjustable control arm set is recommended. KW Part-no. 68510131.
18202208AG: For vehicles without factory electronic damping (EDC).
18202208AH: For vehicles with factory electronic damping (EDC). Electronic damping control must be deactivated. A suitable KW deactivation kit is NOT included.

ABOUT ST XTA PLUS 3 COILOVERS
ST XTA plus 3 Coilovers bring three-way adjustable KW damping technology to ST’s performance range. Combining adjustable lowering, a racing spring system and aluminium uniball top mounts, they provide the tools to develop a suspension setup for spirited road driving and track use.
Independent rebound, low-speed compression and high-speed compression adjustment give you greater control over how the suspension responds to body movements and road inputs.
THREE-WAY ADJUSTABLE DAMPING
ST XTA plus 3 allows you to refine three aspects of the damper response:
Rebound — 16 clicks: controls how the suspension extends after compression, helping you refine body control and settling.
Low-speed compression — 24 clicks: influences the response to slower damper movements, such as those associated with braking, acceleration and cornering.
High-speed compression — 24 clicks: influences the response to faster damper movements caused by sharp bumps and track kerbs.
Low-speed and high-speed refer to damper movement, rather than vehicle speed. Separating these adjustments allows more precise tuning of body support and bump response.
The kit comes with vehicle-specific base settings, providing a starting point for further adjustment.
RACING SPRINGS AND ADJUSTABLE TOP MOUNTS
The linear racing spring system provides a consistent spring rate for predictable responses under load. Depending on the application, helper springs maintain main-spring seating as the suspension extends.
Aluminium uniball top mounts allow camber adjustment where supported by the vehicle’s design, helping you tailor the alignment to your tyres and intended use. Caster adjustment is also available on selected applications.
SET YOUR HEIGHT AND REFINE YOUR SETUP
Continuous height adjustment lets you fine-tune the stance within the kit’s specified range. Combined with the damping and alignment adjustments, this provides scope to adapt the suspension as your vehicle setup develops.
Galvanised steel strut housings, composite spring seats with stainless steel inserts, dust protection and bump stops support durability and lasting adjustability.
MAKE IT YOURS
Optional spring colours and individual markings let you personalise the appearance of your kit. Alternative spring packages are also available for selected applications, offering further scope for a specialised setup.

ST XTA combines adjustable rebound damping with a racing spring system and uniball top mounts.
ST XTA plus 3 adds independent low-speed and high-speed compression adjustment. This gives you more control over both body support and bump response, making it particularly useful when developing a setup around track driving, different tyres or other vehicle modifications.
