The Wait Is Over: 06/2020+ BMW DME8/DDE8 Unlocking Is Now Available In-House
For years, tuning many 06/2020+ BMW, MINI and Toyota Supra models meant sending the DME overseas for unlocking. Six years after the protected DME8/DDE8 ECUs first appeared, supported Bosch MG1 and MD1 Bench Unlocks can now be completed locally. We look back at what changed, why it matters, and what it means for the future of tuning.
I have used many mechanics over the years for the many different types of vehicles in our company fleet and southern BM is one of the very few workshops I can highly recommend. Andrew and his team are also really passionate about their work and it shows.
