The dAHLer Anti-Theft Throttle Commander (ATTC) disables the accelerator pedal every time the vehicle is started, making it impossible to rev the engine without the dAHLer remote control or the secure smartphone app. 

While thieves may manage to unlock the door, start the engine, and even shift into gear, the ATTC prevents the car from accelerating, effectively stopping them in their tracks.

Vehicles equipped with keyless go or similar systems are especially vulnerable to what’s known as a relay attack, where thieves intercept signals between your car and key fob.

This method has been known for years to work in common places like single-family homes and parking lots, even when you’re nearby in a coffee shop with just a short distance between your keys and car. But it doesn’t stop there — criminals have been known to run through stairwells in apartment buildings, trying to capture signals from apartment doors to gain unauthorised access.
