The FTP Motorsport B48 Charge & Boost Pipe Set for MINI F5x & F60 One, Cooper and Cooper S, F57 JCW (B48D engine), and BMW F45 218i & 220i, F48 X1 18i & 20i and F39 X2 18i & 20i (B48 engine) models* increases airflow and reliability for both tuned and standard vehicles. The lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum design replaces the brittle factory plastic intake pipe — a known weak point prone to expanding or cracking under boost — resulting in improved turbo response as well as mid-range performance and top-end power. The OEM sound chamber is also removed for increased induction sound.
