The SPL F8X/G8X Rear Toe Arms (RTA) increase stability and steering response by eliminating bushing deflection while providing a greater range of rear toe adjustment — essential for lowered vehicles or performance alignments. Even small changes in ride height or camber can affect toe settings, and the broad adjustment range allows drivers to maximise grip on track cars and extend tyre life on street cars. The factory rear toe arms use an eccentric bolt and washer for adjustment, offering limited precision and range compared with SPL Parts’ rear toe links. Black-anodised and gun-drilled 2024 aluminium main links, combined with SPL’s 360-degree Rotating Clamp design, provide quick and precise adjustment. The rotating clamps are secured with blue-anodised titanium socket-head cap screws, which improve accessibility and further reduce unsprung weight without compromising strength.

FK spherical bearings and rod ends, manufactured in Connecticut, feature a Teflon liner for quiet operation, lower friction, smooth articulation, and the elimination of bushing deflection under load. The liner is self-lubricating and self-cleaning, offering robust reliability for both street and track use. Chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race, the PTFE liner provides very high load capacity and significantly improved dynamic wear characteristics. With an operating temperature range of –65º to 325ºF, these components deliver consistent performance in demanding conditions.
