Using 3D scans taken of the F90 M5 front bumper surface, Sterckenn pursued designing a carbon fibre insert that did not interrupt any of the characteristic bumper lines unique to the M5, and would complement the front lip. The final result is a cover that adds a more aggressive appearance to the front fascia of the M5, and ensures tight fitment against the bumper.
