The Competition Package for the BMW E-Series N55 consists of the Wagner Tuning Competition EVO3 Intercooler Upgrade Kit and the N55 Catless Downpipe Kit and fits the following vehicles.

* Note: So that the EVO 3 version fits in all specified vehicles, a little adaptation work may be needed. Only suitable for models without Active Cruise Control (ACC).

This Wagner Tuning BMW E-Series N55 Catless Downpipe Kit is only suitable for the E82 135i Coupe. E88 135i Convertible, E90 335i Sedan, E91 335i Touring, E92 335i Coupe and E93 335i Convertible fitted with the N55 engine. This kit is a replacement for OEM BMW Part #18328603874.

Catless downpipes are designed for off-road use only. ECU tuning will be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from appearing.

The Wagner Tuning Competition EVO 3 Intercooler has core dimensions of 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (graded 20.65L), providing a 162% larger inflow area and 182% more charge air volume compared to the original charge air cooler.

The Competition high-performance network is a high-quality tube fin network with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2kg. The end boxes of the charge air cooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized with the help of flow analyzes in the CFD system.

The EVO 3 intercooler kit was developed directly for the high demands of the large tuning levels on the BMW 135i and 335i. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameter at the entrance and exit extended to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure.

Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace the standard intercooler - due to the extreme size, minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable making it suitable for racing.
