If the vehicle has factory electronic damping (EDC), electronic damping control must be deactivated. A suitable KW deactivation kit is NOT included.
Height adjustable front and rear axles (front axle threaded strut housings, rear axle adjustable springs + dampers).
When using original tyres, wheel offset spacers may be required.
Dampers are adjusted by easily operating adjustment wheels. Rebound is only adjustable if the top of the piston rod is accessible. This will depend on the vehicle construction.
Clubsport coilover with top mount: only with front axle top mount available.
V4 / V5 suspension struts / dampers made of aluminum or combined axle-wise from galvanized steel (FA) and aluminum (RA).

ABOUT KW VARIANT 4 (V4) CLUBSPORT COILOVERS
KW V4 Clubsport coilovers combine adjustable ride height with three-way adjustable damping for road cars that regularly attend track days.
Developed for the demands of circuit driving and sports tyres, including semi-slicks, they provide the adjustment needed to refine the vehicle’s balance, body control and response to different track surfaces.
THREE-WAY DAMPING FOR TRACK SETUP
Independent adjustment of low-speed compression, high-speed compression and rebound allows different aspects of the suspension’s behaviour to be tuned separately.
Low-speed compression influences body support during braking and cornering. High-speed compression controls the response to faster suspension movements over sharp bumps and kerbs. Rebound adjustment influences how quickly the suspension extends again.
These controls help match the setup to the circuit, tyre choice and driving style. Low-speed and high-speed describe movement within the damper.
SPRING AND DAMPER CALIBRATION FOR REGULAR TRACK USE
The V4 Clubsport’s spring and damper package is developed around the demands of track driving with sports tyres.
Its calibration places greater emphasis on circuit performance, providing the support required for repeated braking, cornering and changes of direction. KW’s development combines racetrack experience with testing on its seven-post vehicle dynamics rig.
The suspension retains the road-and-track purpose of the Clubsport range, with adjustment available to refine its behaviour for different conditions.
RIDE HEIGHT AND SUSPENSION GEOMETRY
Continuous ride-height adjustment allows the vehicle’s height to be set within the specified range.
Where supplied, aluminium uniball top mounts provide a direct suspension connection and allow camber adjustment where the vehicle design permits. This gives additional scope to align the suspension with the tyre and track setup.
Damper construction, top mounts and available geometry adjustment depend on the application.

KW V4 is developed for high-performance road driving, with three-way damping adjustment that allows handling and everyday ride quality to be refined.
KW V4 Clubsport offers the same three adjustment functions with a spring and damper package focused on regular circuit use and sports tyres. The choice centres on how the car is used and the setup it requires.
Choose KW V4 when road driving is the main priority. Choose KW V4 Clubsport when regular track days and circuit performance are central to the build.
