Product Information

Rear Duct

Developed on the basis of a request from a well-known rental vehicle company at the Nürburgring, Speed Engineering offers a brake cooling kit for the rear axle of all F2x and F3x non-M models. 

When used on the track, the M-Sport and M-Performance brakes in particular have large temperature differences between the inner and outer side, which leads to uneven wear of the pads. Removing the anchor plate only helps to a limited extent. The Speed Engineering air duct picks up the air under the camber handlebars with a funnel and guides it directly to the brake disc hub. Similar to the Speed Engineering front axle brake cooling kit, a turbine effect is used which enormously increases the efficiency compared to solutions that only blow on the friction ring.

Important Information

Disassembly of the anchor plate is required.
